This is the pattern I have been working on and hoping to turn into a PDF.

It has so many functions that I didnt know what to name it or how to describe it. lol

It is completely reversible, straps are adjustable, optional pocket/divider can be switched from inside to out and from one side to the other. You could tie it on a stroller, belt loop, etc. You could tie the knot right at the top to make sure to container your goodies.

There will be 4 pocket/divider options. A tall pocket/divider, shorter full width pocket, circle pocket, and a smaller rectangular pocket for cell phone/keys. Technically there are 4 sides so you COULD do all 4 of these, lol… but I have done one of each type on the below 2 bags, so just 2 per bag, lol.

You can make the outer all one print or make both sides different. You can make it where from the side view of the handles they match or dont match, etc.. OK sorry enough blah blah.. lol.

Wow things sure are busy around here…  I am sewing.sewing.sewing.  Mostly diapers these days for all the wholesale orders, but sometimes i get to fit in something a little extra. Helps curb the boredom.

This is the Run Mama Run pattern from Ditty Pops. I used all Amy Butler Nigella fabrics.. Drafted my own inside pocket *I like my pockets to be slightly more integrated*. Great pattern really easy. I used fusible fleece and I topstitched the exterior by the side/bottom panels. I love the size of this purse.. just perfect!!   It is listed for sale at Retro Femme!

These are from 4/2007 Ottobre. The “tunic top” and the pleated skirt. I shortened the sleeves on the tunic top and did ribbing for necklines instead of binding. I also just used my Coverstitcher to hem instead of putting binding on the bottom hem.

Anyway, the denim skirts are 2 different denims They are size 80cm Ottobre, so approx. 18 months

This really nice lightweight gauzey cotton material is from Joanns, very nice and i love the colors.. Peasant top is Built by Wendy 3835 in a size 12, but really more a medium to a small large..

I used a really lightweight woven material.. not sure the exact name of this type of material. I traced size 12 *I am generally a 10/12 on top* It is a big snug across my bust.  I will probably add another inch to the sleeves circumference and bodice under the arms. Unless I use a knit material. *Oh i have a crinkle knit I bought just for this pattern I will use next time!!

This is the New Look 6784 pattern view D *i believe*.. I made several mods before even sewing it.. and then added even a little more bust allowance after I slipped on the top bodice piece before sewing the bottom on. 

These are just some inexpensive fabs I used to try this out. I dont know if I will keep this one or sell it on Retro Femme… Anyway, here it be, ignore my no makeup, wet hair look:

Just some very versatile multipurpose tote bags for Retro Femme tonight at 10pm EST! NO pattern.. cotton webbing handles, pleats at top. 16×18x2 Sling or shoulder style.

And some yoga pants I bought and embellished with velvet iron ons. and a t-shirt. These are all 6-12 month size and in my Etsy shop

I know pretty boring stuff… but that was all I got accomplished in my “extra” time after sewing more wholesale diapers hehe

So I have had this fabric forever and decided it was time to either use it or pass it on to someone that would. I decided it would make great gauchos to lounge in or use as a swimsuit cover or something. Material is a poly/rayon blend is very drapey and silky to the touch.

Well I cut it until there was not enough left to do much with… although I might be able to get a pair of shorts out of it for Tara for a swimsuit cover.

These are being sold Friday night at a congo I belong to called Retro Femme.

First a pair of gaucho style pants with a cotton/lycra stretchy waistband. You can fold the waistband down or leave up whichever you prefer.

Then this simple straight knee length pencil skirt. Has comfy cotton/lycra waistband as well but just shorter. Double Layered so no slip is needed.

Finally able to do a little sewing these days.  Mostly diapers for a wholesale order but I wanted to do these for my Mom for Mothers Day. I made my Mom some Fleece pants last year for winter time, she asked me to make her some Flannel PJ pants for her b-day in February so I did that… and now I made her some for summer.
I drafted these myself. They are made from Joel Dewberry’s Green Sparrows and trimmed at the bottom with the Pink Sunburst. Cropped, drawstring AND elastic

Dont mind my shirt.. it is laying funny, lol.

So things have finally “normalized” around here somewhat.  After almost 2 weeks of Breastfeeding woes having to pump and supplement, etc…  we are now breastfeeding exclusively for 1.5 weeks now!! YAY!!   Baby girl had a rough latching learning curve but we made it through.  

So we are sleeping about 2-3 hour stretches about 3 a night then I get another hour or so before I get up to shower before my husband leaves for work.   I am slightly tired, lol.   And not sewing too much, especially at night since I used to stay up until midnight to sew and am now going to be between 9 and 10:30 to get some extra sleep.

Finally got some new pictures loaded.  These are from the last weeK!    She has changed/grown so much already!
